Art of the Possible

As a concept, Art of the Possible (AoP) means to focus on what’s realistically doable so you can avoid getting bogged down by impossibly big ideas or high-level details.

When deploying generative AI, finding your AoP means establishing a process for identifying and prioritizing your AI use cases. This enables you to:

Empower employee participation at all levels by establishing channels for use case submission and feedback.
Determine the impact of generative AI and the effort required to deploy and adopt it.
Prioritize use cases based on calculated ROI.
Demonstrate value and gain buy-in with low-hanging fruit.
Build around existing high-quality datasets.
Solve multiple use cases by documenting implementation patterns.
Define clear objectives and key results (OKRs), track progress, allocate resources, and adjust priorities as needed.

How we can help:

Through our experience implementing Project Mindspark, SHI has developed a five-phased framework for developing your use cases:

1. Discover

SHI will educate your team on the latest generative AI capabilities and use cases.

Once target use cases are identified, we’ll work closely with you to map AI solutions to your desired outcomes.

We’ll provide detailed documentation, infrastructure diagrams, cost estimates, and reference architecture for your top use cases.

Together, we will:

Establish success metrics and align them with business goals.
Review AI implementation patterns, technology requirements, and potential risks.
Finalize the statement of work (SoW) for priority use case AI application development.

4. Build

Our Mindspark AI team works with business and technology stakeholders to:

Deploy a secure infrastructure landing zone (as necessary).
Deploy a proof of concept (POC) for review and refinement.
Deploy a production-level AI application to achieve your desired outcomes.

5. Empower

Successful AI programs have no final destination – they’re iterative and ongoing.
