Providing the foundation for our employees in building a more inclusive and equitable workplace aligned with SHI’s core values and missions.

The Women in SHI initiative (WiSH) celebrates the diversity of women and facilitates them in making robust connections within the technology field. Our goal is to provide events and forums throughout the year to inspire, empower, and encourage collaboration among all SHI employees and partners. Advancing gender equity through the forging of meaningful connections is vital to achieving SHI's overall business objectives.

Throughout the year, SHI facilitates panel discussions with technology leaders who provide insight into their experiences. Topics include:

Breaking down workplace barriers.
Education and training.
Promoting women into technical (engineering, networking, development) and leadership roles.

Sharing experiences across all geographies

Inclusive leadership is essential for any successful organization. SHI provides live and online presentations throughout the year focusing on positive messages and inspirational individuals who trailblaze their own path and break through glass ceilings.
