Here's how:

Step 1: Identify your organization's needs

Based on your business objective, an engagement with SHI will identify the best Microsoft technology solutions required to help you realize your goals.

Step 2: SHI drafts Statement of Work (SOW)

We assess the requirements and draft a SOW outlining the details of the engagement.

Step 3: SHI shares SOW with Microsoft

We correspond directly with Microsoft on your behalf, discussing your solutions needs and how the engagement and proposed Microsoft solution will benefit your organization.

Step 4: Microsoft determines funding amount

Based on customer eligibility, solution scope and Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) Microsoft determines how much funding can be applied to solution engagement through SHI.
