WiSH

MISSION: The Women in SHI initiative (WiSH) is connecting and celebrating the diversity of women in technology. Our goal is to provide events and forums throughout the year that inspire, empower, and encourage collaboration among all SHI employees and partners. Advancing gender equity through the forging of meaningful connections is vital in achieving SHI's overall business objectives.

Topics of past panels include:

Breaking down workplace barriers.
Education and training around mindset, mentorship, hard-decision-making, and more.
Promoting women into technical (engineering, networking, development) roles and positions of leadership or management where they are typically underrepresented.

Black Culture Collective

MISSION: Uplifting, empowering, and improving the experience of Black individuals within SHI and the community through leadership, education, professional development, and partnerships with allies.

Throughout the year, SHI connects with the Black Culture Collective to provide employees with events that can expand their perspective. Occasions for new speakers and experiences include:
