Celebrating inclusion monthly at SHI

SHI embraces the contributions of all diverse groups to our country and company throughout the year, including during their distinctive months. Examples include Women’s History, Black History, Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage, Pride, and Hispanic Heritage through webinars, panels, events, and interviews from SHI employees — focusing on providing a voice where one may have not existed previously and SHI’s overall community achievements.

Providing a direct channel of communication to our employees from the top down, as well as a platform to share their own workplace experiences, is integral in nurturing an environment built on equity and mutual respect across SHI’s landscape. Our hope is that by discussing these vital topics, our collective workforce strives towards creating and maintaining an inclusive environment, especially for employees from historically marginalized backgrounds.
